You don’t have to go on diets and take medications to solve many issues. By identifying your trigger foods that are causing inflammation in your body and creating a healthier lifestyle, one that fits your busy life, you can be back to feeling more energetic to jump back into your life again.

I’ve been there so I get it. When my trigger foods were identified and removed from my diet, I found I had more energy, less digestive problems and my joint pain had reduced. The biggest win was I lost some of that “menopause belly” as a perk.

Once your trigger foods are identified and you make small sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle, over time you will notice some changes as well. This takes time but if I can do it so can you!
