I’m Pam Avallone

I am a holistic Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I received my intensive training from The Institute of Integrated Nutrition also known as IIN for short.

I help busy middle-aged women lose body fat and reduce joint pain without dieting or medications by helping them identify their trigger foods and create a healthier lifestyle.

How I Can Help

Health Coaches play a valuable role in the health and wellness system.  They bridge the gap between wellness professionals and patients by helping clients develop and maintain healthy lifestyle changes. They look at the bigger picture of wellness as in primary food which includes relationships, joy, sleep, careers and more. Health coaches have intensive training and specialize in aspects of life that impact someone’s health.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I focus on nutrition, career, physical activity, relationships, self-care and spirituality. All of these can have an effect on your health such as weight, stress and your energy levels.

The relationship between what you eat and your lifestyle affect your health, and this is the focus of an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
